Drucilla Manuel/Art on Main

Drucilla began creating art in the form of beaded crafts such as key chains and dream catchers. She then expanded her work into fine arts by beginning to work in acrylics. She has been choosing to work in bright, bold eye-catching colors. Accessible Expressions Ohio has chosen her paintings for their yearly exhibits. Drucilla has been featured in an exhibit at Beans-N-Cream, a coffee shop in Mechanicsburg, Ohio. Her images have appeared in several exhibits through the local arts council. Her piece, “Sunrise” was chosen as the program image for the 2003 Lawnview Banquet.

Drucilla is a member of her local chapter of People First of Ohio, an advocacy group for people with disabilities. Her interests include crafts, spending time with family and friends, activities with the computer and participating in social events.
